  • "Before AlignLife care began I had a high level of pain throughout the day. This was from many years of playing football. Wrestling and everything in between. I had low energy levels, for an 18 year old boy, and was in a constant bad mood. At AlignLife Dr. Brett fitted me for orthodics, scheduled massages, and adjustments as often as my busy schedule allowed for. During football season I would come in after a long week of practice for an adjustment before a game. During wrestling season, as the matches are not as scheduled as football games, I came in when I got the chance. During wrestling season I took 5th at Districts, moving myself into Regionals. Before districts Dr. Brett gave me the Total Body Cleanse Clean Protein to take after matches. This product helped me recover for matches that are often less than a half hour apart. I have more energy to take on new things and I have a much more positive outlook for the future."

  • "I worked physical jobs my entire life, i.e.: cleaning horse stalls, then a drycleaner. I had several discs out and a few bulging discs, scoliosis, osteoporosis, a disease called neurofibromitosis, lymes, fibromyalga, 9 surgeries, one of those a back surgery because my sciatica was pinched. I didn’t care for chiropractors because the ones I had gone to years before just did the same adjustment on everyone. But then, this is years later, I was in so much pain from head to toe, taking pain pills that weren’t really helping. So I had to try something else or suicide so by the grace of God enter Dr. Brett. Oh my heaven what a speacial person and a fantastic Dr. My first visit he spent about 2 hours with me taking x-rays, talking to me explaining things to me, putting together an entire plan that is just for me. I’ve been around a lot of doctors but I’ve never had anyone like Dr. Brett. I was able to walk out of his office that first day able to hold my head up and feeling better."

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
